I'm so terrible at citiscapes, I have to really push myself to do them. I did this for conceptart.org's Environment of the Week - Blade Runner Tribute. Since I'm a HUGE fan of Blade Runner I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring, even if it gets mercilessly stomped on. I kind of had to pinch this one off because it was getting really close to the deadline.
